Respect and Unity amongst men and women are our founding core values, and are the driving forces behind all Maatel’s actions and relations.
We bring these values to life both in-house, amongst our employees, in our customer relations, and in our exchanges with our suppliers and industrial partners.
Conscious of the role we play in contributing to a humane society, we commit to respecting the ten principles of the Global Compact for human rights, international labour law, environment protection and anti-corruption.

CSR week in 2017
Maatel is a Socially Responsible Company: this mindset was the theme for our “CSR week”. The programme included: learning how to read a payslip, sorting our belongings for a salvage store, having fresh vegetables delivered by a local farmer, and organizing a Mölkky competition… all for our employees’ well-being.
