We consider that each and every one of us has a role to play in prevention, both in our professional and personal lives. As part of our role in developing prevention, our Human Resources and EHS departments and Occupational Health and Safety committee organized a 48-hour event.

Maatel is a Socially Responsible Company: this mindset was the theme for our “CSR week”. The programme included: learning how to read a payslip, sorting our belongings for a salvage store, having fresh vegetables delivered by a local farmer, and organizing a Mölkky competition… all for our employees’ well-being.
